Quest " the lightforged" for draenei allied race bugged

I cant continue the quest since there is nothing outside of stormwind embassy.

“0/1 Stormwind embassy beacon used”

there is no beacon or nothing outside

I think the portals are behind the embassy now.

i checked, only the portals for the races i unlocked are behind the embassy

Have the exact same issue , Portal nowhere to be found , people have recommended doing legion or something to unlock the portals but thats a mission on its own havent played since TBC so have no idea about anything or how to get anywhere or what even the quest wilkl be to unlock the beacons … this it terrible.

This is correct, tried to help a new player to unlock lightforged ran into the same issue, advised them to try to switch to legion timewalking which did not help at all. I have raised a ticket in game for this as well. outlining the steps taken.

Heyyo. Just found a workaround for this. So the beacon/portal appears at the 48.04 11.07 coordinates behind the embassy house, but disappears after ~3 seconds. You need to invite a warlock and an other player to summon a sum TV. Place the sum TV, stand on that coordinates and summon yourself. Pick up the quest in the house, then accept your summon. Using the beacon takes 1.5 seconds, so you have to be really fast. Good luck!

I also cannot do this quest, the beacon is not at the front of the embassy, I cannot get to it at the back in such a short time frame, so I cannot unlock lightforged. Please fix this.

Hey all,

I can confirm that our developers deployed a hotfix yesterday to resolve this issue. Please note that as with all hotfix, they may require a realm restart to take effect.
