hey,
recently specced from boomkin to resto for better dungeon find times.
but now i find it hard to kill any mobs, even green ones give me trouble to kill. So if i cant find a group i cant even quest solo anymore… any tips? thanks!
For questing you should roll feral or boomkin for sure.
If you do dungeons frequently, questing only being a very side effect, that’s okay, but you indeed have to accept that it takes a century to kill just one mob and look at the funny side: you are also unkillable, you tickling monster. You might even be able to pull more, keep Moonfire on them while healing yourself.
If you go bursts, the respec is 50 gold. Which is kind of a lot, but you can earn it. At worst, you can supply it from other characters that don’t need to respec at all.
I think it isn’t necessary to do quests, sure you are missing some leveling blue items, but you can earn the reputations. Most if not all zones have non-combat quests, it takes longer to exalted but hey. Compromises.

i was worried that i cant do the required quests to get into heroics and attuned to karazan 
There is a restokin build which you can heal and solo the world no problem leveling I had a lvl 68 one who healed steamvaults no problem you do run out of mana faster so you will need more mana breaks but it’s completely viable.

That’s the curse of healer life, I personally have to rely on Smite spamming to kill anything in my way, and it means stopping after 5 or 6 mobs. 
Your job would have been easier with a feral build, as it boosts bear tanking and kitty dps too.
