no, ignore harmony stacks entirely and focus on using nether precision stacks instead

I was referring to your comments on how complicated Arcane is, rather than your initial post about Arcane Harmony.
The build I use doesn’t take Nether Tempest, Presence of Mind, Evocation, Radiant Spark or Mana Gem, and I’ve got no complaints about the damage.
I’m not sure half these abilities are worth overcomplicating your rotation with.

The Mage tree is a bit off, as I prefer Blast Wave for open world content, I’d drop Blast Wave, Volatile Detonation and Energized Barriers for the Ice Block talents in dungeons.
