Question about broken features

I made a bug report and forum post 12 months ago about the monuments in Draenor garrisons that you broke in the Shadowlands pre-patch. A year later they are still broken. I’d like to understand the reasons. As I see it they could be:

  1. You only focus on the current expansion and don’t care about older ones
  2. You don’t have enough staff to fix all the broken content
  3. You don’t care about fixing bugs as you can’t monetise that.

Which is it? Feel free to add a fourth option.

Prioritization.

The bug does not prevent you from progressing the story or character at all. Cosmetic minor features of old expansion probably has very low priority because it doesn’t really affect anything else.

And as you should know by now, none of the blue posters here are developers and your questions are very unlikely to reach their ears by posting here.

Yeah but prioritization implies they will eventually get round to fixing it.

I’ve given them a year which I would consider plenty of time to get round to less critical bugs.

I’ve posted yet another bug report too.

There are bugs, that existed in vanilla, that still exist today, because their impact is so low, its not worth spending the development hours fixing.

I suspect the garrison monuments fit into that same category.
