Couldn’t find anywhere but I am wondering if there is a way to see OVERALL mementoes gained on a character ?

Have you ever looked at the currency counter, because this seems deceptively simple, maybe I’m misunderstanding.
Overall earned, not currently possessed.
You could always do [current] + [cost of all vision talents] + [number of sockets bought*25k], assuming you have an idea of the latter number.

They want to know how many they’ve ever had, including currency spent.
Look at
or one of the lesser ones like
in your Achievements.
I’m not sure whether the total shown will be for one character or the whole account tho.
P.S. I just checked in-game, and the number of mementos shown under the achievement is specific to the character you are viewing.

There’s an achievement that shows up to 100k. Afterwards, no you can’t.
