Hi guys,
I am confused with Fracture (the 104 lvl talent for vengeance) - in wowhead and other simmilar websites it says it deals 120% Attack power damage, but in game i see it does only 80% - double the damage of Shear, not tripple. Can someone please explain why this is happening?
