So is it possible for evoker and earthen to get their racial guards for garrison ?
like which rep do i need for that because for dragonflight and TWW its different so im not sure
They haven’t updated it. You can’t have Vulpera or Void Elf guards either. Only races that were playable in WoD are supported.

It’s to do with the timeline.
At the point of WoD, races like Nightborne, Earthen, Void Elves and the rest just weren’t playable, so therefore - they won’t get their own guards because at the time in which the Garrisons were current, the allied races didn’t exist.
Yes - a point could be made about Mag’har and Dark Iron…but… 
well thats the thing xD i want iron dwarves too xD in or illidari xD
