This is just a question not a complaint about the ticket Queue.
So after about 8 days CS responded to my ticket about merging my battlenet accounts and asked me to provide info. After replying with said info within minutes I am still waiting 2 additional days now. Is it safe to assume I need to wait the entire queue for a followup on the ticket for every interaction within the ticket or is there some sort of ongoing period with the ticket just so I know how long this entire thing will take overall.

Out of interest, when did you open your initial ticket? I opened mine 01/10 and am still waiting for a response.
I think it was October 2nd when I opened the first one and I got a response to provide the final bit of information and confirmation for the battlenet merger 2 days ago. So now I’m wondering if every reply from CS resets the queue for the ticket or if the entire ticket gets attention and has a shorter queue for followups.
With current queues having a reset on every reply can result in some tickets taking over a month to resolve.
Then I’m confused why you’ve had a response already and I haven’t, man what a mess. This is a joke.
I added additional comments to mine providing a break down of the BattleNet ID tags involved and WoW account names and even attempted to upload images several times. Could this have pushed mine behind your ticket despite submitting mine earlier?
Well I do have mine on the US Battlenet site since my battlenet accounts are both US region despite my wow accounts being EU subs. So it can be a different queue for tickets.
i opened a ticket regarding a quest i was unable to complete due to a bug, had a response withing 2 days, “check out forums or other fan sites”. reopeened ticket as bug was on there but no fix. started at 10day wait time for 2nd response and still waiting and its gone upto 16 day wait now
I have a feeling they use KPIs so they answer newer tickets first to keep the “X amount of tickets answered in Y amount of days” numbers high.
So that means any ticket that’s been open longer than Y days or is very difficult is delayed.
