Question about multiboxing

So, i made a woopsie.

Ran a background program for my PC ( not intended for WoW but i did try it out in game a couple of times for the giggles ), got my linsense suspended for 6 months.
Not going to go into further detail about the suspension, thats not the point.

I accepted my defeat and bought a second lisense so i can start playing War Within ( I’ve been in this game since day 1, not stopping now :smile: )

That had me thinking… when my account unlocks in 180 days, Will it be possible for me to “Mutli box?” Never considered it before because i only ever had 1 lisense for 20 years.

I can hear the forums echoing:

“Zoreena, what do you mean multibox? in what context?!”

Heres what i’m considering:

More often than not, i want to explore the world, but i’m also a dedicated trader and crafter since Dragonflight ( kinda got addicted to the crafting system… ) With 1 lisense, this wasn’t possible, but now that i have had to buy a second one i saw an opening…

I want to have 1 charachter/account in Dornogal ( the new main hub ), being busy with trading and crafting and whatever ( which is hardly any input involved :laughing: and 1 charachter/account out there questing, exploring the world, killing mobs, doing dungeons and raids and delves and whatever.

I have a dual screen setup so i can run 2 clients on my pc on separate screens.

As long as i’m manually switching between 2 tabs this is ok right? ( Note: The other charachter will obviously will be sitting idle when im using the other account, i only have one pair of hands to control my chars :stuck_out_tongue: )

I don’t want my account to get flagged again for whatever reason, hence why i want to ask in advance before making plans.

Also…: My current account has a significant amount of gold which will be unavailable for 6 months, but i do want to share that with my second account if i go through with this. Is this also possible without the system flagging me for whatever reason? I mean, its all made from trading and legit, And in the War Within im also hoping to make some good gold out of professions, so i don’t see why i can’t transfer it across charachters right?( be it through direct trade or per mail )

I hope i can get some official answers on this so i can start planning my roadmap for TWW :slight_smile:

I believe they’re ok with it as long as the character that advertises the thing does the stuff. What Blizzard really doesn’t like is the usage of proxies. Let’s say you use a proxy account to advertise stuff that you’ll do on your main account, that is something that would be against the rules.

Ye definitly wont be that, ill then use 1 account solely for crafting, and 1 account for progression.

However, with the gold ill make on the other char, i plan to send around for the progression, gold for repairs, pots, flasks, whatnot.

Not even 100% sure ill go through with it, since its also a double sub, but i just want to know for sure before i dive in

I already read that beforehand, That shouldnt be an issue, as i said, ill use each account on their own without mirrored inputs ( 1 account will always be “standing still” whereever that may be )

Im also concerned swapping around gold and items between the two accounts will set off red flags, how does that work?

Since i plan on making gold on 1 lisense, and basicly use it on the other for pots and repairs and stuff.

Sorry for asking so many questions btw…
