How can I unlock the Wormhole port to Zereth Mortis? (Engineering)
It comes from the Paragon reward
The Enlightened Paragon Rewards
As with the other reputations of the Shadowlands, you can continue to gain favor with The Enlightened beyond Exalted in exchange for further rewards. For every 10,000 reputation gained above Exalted, you will be able to receive 
Enlightened Broker Supplies which can contain the following unique rewards in addition to a variety of profession materials, gold, and
