Question about the rare Lurker of The Ringing Deeps?

Few hours I just killed the rare Elite to try to loot the rare Lurker of The Ringing Deeps.
I tried a second time to kill this same rare elite but it does not drop the rare Lurker, do I have to wait a week, the reset or can the mount be looted only once in the life of a reroll ?

Once a day chance. Try again after reset.
