Question about the realm status list

Hi

I have been looking at the realm status list for the Classic realms and was wondering if I sort them by population are they sorted by the actual population or by some other method?

I don’t want to know the numbers or a faction percentage.

All I want to know is that if Auberdine is above Everlook does Auberdine have the higher population? Or is there some other way they are ordered in the list?

It’s just that when I sort them by population, the low population realms come before the medium population ones. So the list goes Full, High, Low, Medium. Surely it should go Full, High, Medium, Low.

I was really asking about the ranking system, if the most populated is first, the second most populated second, etc.

As an example, the first on the list is averaged out as 10,191 the second 10,050, the third 9,999, etc. These are not real numbers, they are just given as an example.
