Hello everyone. I have a quick question about the use of Elysian Decree and Sigil of Flame as Vengeance DH
Is there any point in having Sigil of Flame on the actionbar if you have the Fallout talent? I am not sure if I need to have it on my action bar since Infernal Strike applies Sigil of Flame?
If I have the Razelikh’s Defilement legendary power, should I stop using all sigils except Elysian Decree, so the cooldown reduction is only applied to that one?
I have been researching this myself. According to IV, SoF stacks, and Infernal Strike is off the global cool-down. So you can infernal strike a location then sigil of flame the same location.
It seems counter-productive to stop using all sigils other than Elysian Decree(if you have the Raz legendary) considering you need group silences and a group slow in various content. I, however, did read that you should stop using SoF when you run the Raz legendary which means the legendary will prioritize the CD of ED over SoF.
Makes sense because SoF doesn’t do that much damage in comparison and with the infernal strike talent, you already apply SoF at your destination anyway.
Well the thing is with the legendary kyrian sigill is the base sigil to cast try to not cast any other sigil but look at the situation where you at, i use sigil of silence when i see there are caster mobs around sigil of chains to round up some ranged, the best advice is look at the situation and decide then. I personally dont use much of the sigils even never i use sigil of flame tho.
