Ok so I’ll keep this short - I skipped playing Legion and recently lvl boosted a rogue. I want to acquire the Thunderfury hidden skin and have some questions:
Video guides (made in Legion) state that I need a certain level of artifact power to accomplish this - is this still true? If yes, how do I acquire artifact power?
Will the binding drop for me right after I get the artifact weapon? Or do I need to have a certain level of artifact power?
You needed artifact knowledge, not power. However, this isn’t the case anymore, since it was disabled when BfA pre-patch hit. So you don’t need to have it anymore.
They should be able to drop the moment you have the weapon and are at least lvl 110. I don’t think any of the hidden artifact skins can drop below that level, considering it was the max level in Legion.
