Hi there fellow locks,
This question is regarding the talent Reign of Tyranny. It states that demonic tyrant deals 7% additional damage for each stack of demonic servitude active at the time of his summon.
Now as for the question; does this mean that whenever I summon the Tyrant it locks in the stacks I currently have and keeps it for the duration of the summon? Or do I have to keep the stacks going the whole time the Tyrant is summoned?
it locks, so the more demons you have out the more damage he is going to gain.
Though from what we have seen on the PTR this might not be the case anymore, it will be capped at 10-15 stacks so in 10.2 you wont need to try to maximize the window for your tyrant, infact tyrant wont even be that strong.
The only good thing about tyrant is that it buffs your demons and extends them in 10.2
