Questions abount dungeons and questing

Hello,
I am totally new to this game, but starting to like it more and more. But as a noob I have so many questions. For now I try to get in dungeons and raids. But in the dungeon finder I cant find m any dungeons and raids. I bought War within, but I can only see the follwing:
1 specific dungeon: The rookery
3 raids ( i presume) : The elemantal overlords,shadowforge city and imperial seat.

questions:

1. I read that once I hit level 70+ I cant change timelines at Chromie and I can only do the WWI dungeons. Is that right?
2. I presume I can run the dragonflight dungeons solo? Gearscore is 361
3. I can’t click on the mythic + dungeon tab. Is that because my armor is too low? I get access on what score?
4. How can i complete the dragonflight raids then if I dont have access to them? Need to do some for questing and completing campaign?
5. Must I first complete war within campaign to get access to every dungeon and raid? Or when do I see more dung/raids of all the expacs?
6. To do older expensions i need to make a new character I presume? As I am too high level.
7. Regarding dragonflight: how to unlock the dream wardensfaction? I did so many quest and unlocked all other factions. Must i do some solo dungeons and progress further?

I hope someone can help me! Would be really appreciated.

1. You can also do Timewalking, which is something different. It’s an event. It’s not chromie Time leveling though. That’s only up to lvl 71.
2. Yes, you can queue to follower dungeons
3. You can only click it, once you are 80 and completed any form of seasonal content
4. You need to be max level for the dragonflight raids and find a group in LFG under “Legacy Raids”.
5. No, you don’t. However, do them to unlock certain world quests and the story
6. No, you can toggle “low level quests” on your map.
7. There is a quest called “fire season” in Valdrakken left of the chairs leading to the big tower. Follow that quest chain!

Thnx mate… about the follower dungeons… i only see the war within the rookery dungeon… no dungeons from dragonflight. what do i do wrong?

You can’t queue for Dragonflight Dungeons anymore after 71. If you wanna do them all, you need to fly there or level a new character. You won’t get almost any exp, if you do these at 71 too.

I recommend you to first play the war within expansion, and then go back to do Dragonflight, if you want to. You don’t need to follow the order here

First thing you should focus on right now is questing. You need to complete main storyline and reach level 80. Then you can start thinking about dungeons. You can run some dungeons in normal mode while you leveling, but generally dungeons and raids are end-game and happen at level 80.

You can solo most old dungeons and raids, but I don’t think that you can do that with Dragonflight content yet. Probably need to wait for a one expansion or two. Just understand that there’s no “character power” in old dungeons and raids, basically only cosmetic items, so that’s not something most people actually do.
