Questline bugged ("a primal threat" and "chasing storms")

I am trying to go for “the loremaster”, however, there are two quests in the dragonscale expedition that are bugged for me.

When running “/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(70050))” it returns false, however, I cannot find storm hunter william anywhere.

A primal threat: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=70048/a-primal-threat
When running “/run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(70048))” it returns false, however, I cannot find archmage khadgar anywhere.

I am alliance and completed all the other dragonflight quests.
