When I pick up new quests, they are not automatically tracked on my minimap / quest bar. I must open my world map and manually click on each icon to begin tracking them. I’ve had this issue for a while now but I could not find an obvious solution, and so I just put up with it. Now that I’m trying to level alts, it is incredibly frustrating.
This applies to ALL quests, both trivial and non-trivial quests.
I’ve tried reinstalling WoW & running with no addons, but nothing is working.
Silly question but… is it enabled in your interface settings? I believe it’s under Display. Sorry, I have a lot of addons so I cant be sure where it is…
There’s the “In Game Navigation” option under display which many other forum posts have suggested needs to be ticked, but mine was ticked anyway - still no luck.
Try running these commands.
/console autoQuestWatch 1
/console autoQuestProgress 1
I tried running these commands but it hasn’t worked sadly - I still have to manually track each quest I pickup, via the map or questlog.
