Quests not available in Twilight Highlands in Cata Classic

Hi All.
i’m not sure what help i can get with this issue on forums but i’ve spent two days looking into this in every other way i can think of without any luck.

i’m not far into the questlines in Twilight Highlands (36/149 according to my questie log) and now no more quests are available. i’ve travelled to every hub in the zone, and visited over a dozen sites that questie displays as the start of quests (and yes, i know questie isnt 100% accurate in Cata Classic atm but i’ve double checked the names of quests and npc’s on wowhead and double checked any that list pre-requisite quests, seems unlikely they’re ALL wrong) its possible its some kind of phasing issue but i have no idea how to confirm or rectify this, as it stands i am a quest or two worth of rep away from having access to the tabard to grind rep that way so any advice would be much appreciated.

Try BTWQuest addon. It shows you all the quests that you should do with an arrow pointing towards your destination. It saved me a couple times when i was doing Loremaster on retail. Give it a shot :blush:

i don’t think its a ‘find the quest’ problem, i’ve talked to every npc that could (and i think should) give me a quest, but none of them do.

tried btwquests and two other similair addons anyways because i’ve tried everything else and figured it couldnt hurt :stuck_out_tongue:

Not sure if you play alliance or Horde, but i just disabled questie atm since it causes so much trouble. As to your problem, questing there was smooth sailing for me. Each quest led to the next and so on and so forth.

The only issue i had was in vashir. Trouble with finding a phased quest npc. Maybe this applies to you as well.

If you did all three of the quests given you when you got the mullan one, and returned them all to the guy at the graveyard of firebeards patrol, the next ones he gives you are ones to Dunwald ruins, and Thundermar. If you dont have those, you probably missed one in the previous three, such as getting that one guy his pants back, as that guy is a bit away from the other questgivers.

I’ve just run into the same problem, finished clan loyalty quest and now nothing. I’m friendly with Wildhammer already too (human) which hasn’t helped at all.

After disabling questie, relogging and doing another lap of the map, a few quests appeared in Thundermar.

You can use some addon, like has been said…or, if you don’t feel like doing that, you can check the whole zone chain on gamepedia - google “Twilight Highlands quests gamepedia.” Personally, I prefer the gamepedia to addons, but…that’s really just a preference :slight_smile:

can confirm disabling Questie gave me a few quests in Thundermar, Tok wins the internet today \o/
