Same problem here. I have to manually add them every single time.

Same issue, every relog/login results in all quests being untracked needing to be manually readded to the quest tracker.
No add-ons installed.

Same here.

This is also happening with me and my father (separate accounts).

It started after we tried the “Gear Update” for alts that we had not played for a while.

The “Gear Update” feature had a quest clearing thingy, so maybe that has something to do with all our characters now loosing the quest tracking.

Same issue, on every character all tracked quests are untracked after each logout.

Interesting as I have a toon with that option (I haven’t done it). I wonder how many of the people having the issue have either used that option or have that option available ?

Same issue here.
That and ‘random brief targeting’ that happens when around opposite faction players.

Same is happening to me with quest and achievement tracking being wiped each login, strangely tho my level 19 pandaren monk that i checked still had all her quests tracked? Starting to wonder if its a level 70 thing?

It’s not confined to L70 characters - my L19 mage has exactly the same issue.

I re-tracked one achievement only before i went to bed last night, when i played again today it was still there, fixed maybe?

Yes it seems it was fixed yesterday in the small patch we got. You’ll need to add everything you want tracked back to the tracker when you first log back in but it should all now stay when you log out.
