This is PvP guide and for some specs Venthyr is bis. For example all Priest specs, Enha, BM, Sub.
If you want other covenant stick to it but it was tip for specs that want to be Venthyr later.

State for today - I’m 194 ilvl and 21% versa. Today I played some arenas as disc because it uses the same lego as Shadow. You can see I’m Venthyr already and I caught up with covenant level quite fast. I should be 30-40 covenant level during the weekend.

I thing I learned worth noting is that you don’t have to farm anima before swapping covenant because you can upgrade Necro one after swapping to Venthyr. For me it’s not bad considering that I dinged on Sunday and I played just few arena games with my friend playing his DH alt. Thanks to it I didn’t get one shotted and unless we face someone who is boosting or “overgeared RBG heroes” our gear matches our opponents. I should also be able to buy staff tomorrow. It maybe requires doing more quests but… You can do it alone without asking friends for help and dragging them down.

Well I am sitting better, on 210 ilvl now after 9 days and 2 resets, one of which was extremely lucky vault, providing the weapon. I managed to get 1.6k last week and upgrade most of my conquest stuff to 213. I’ve passed the halfway point in the conquest cap grind, and what a long, strange trip it’s been! 
I also managed to negotiate a price of 70k for a 226 ring with a ton of versa from AH, which boosted my stats quite a bit and I think is better than the second pvp conquest ring even at 226 level anyway, so basically bis.

But I think I played a lot more than you did so far. I’m on 1 day and some hours /played at max level.
