Hello, does Gale-Force affect energy regeneration?
Sometimes i feel energy starved.
I am currently runing Deadly+quick navigation with two 2.60 sec weapon speed and 13-14% of haste.
I see many players play with Gale-force weapon enchant and dagger in off-hand
Another question is, if its better to enchant weapon with faster/ slower swing (sword/dagger) or if it doesnt matter?
Should i aim for dagger in off-hand? Does it proc offten, when i enchant gale/quick for faster off-hand weapon? Or does it even matter, which weapon i enchant?
I mean, its better to do deadly + quick/gale, or quick/gale + deadly?
