Quick question about artifact weapons

I was just wondering about artifact weapons because they dont work anymore or like their abillity don’t work does that affect that you cant get them anymore either or is there another way of obtaining them or is it like you can still get them and their abillity works up to a specific level or something ? plz let me know :slight_smile:
