Quick question about tiger palm proc

Hi!

I’m currently levelling my ww monk, very much fun so far.

I read on Icy Veins that Tiger Palm has an 8% chance to make Blackout Kick cost no Chi. I can’t find this proc anywhere in my spellbook or talents…

Am I missing something? :slight_smile:

Its a passive ‘injected’ to Tiger Palm, thats why you cant see it in the Spell Book. When it triggers, it makes your BOK glow yellow. Also, a purple aura with a paw will appear on the right side of your screen while the buff is up.
