Do I have to kill every boss every week for their loot to be part of the loot pool for Vault, or once killed they will always be part of the loot pool, no matter if I only kill the first 7 bosses the next week, I could still get loot from the last 2 bosses if I killed them the week before?
Unless they’ve changed it - you can get loot from any raid boss, and it doesnt matter which ones you’ve defeated.
Killing a boss will now give you a chance at all of the previous bosses’ loot. For example, if you are invited to a kill on Sarkareth, you will be 1/9 towards vault progress for that week. However, you now have the loot from the entire raid in your vault pool for the raids slots.
As Puny mentioned, once you kill a boss, your vault can have options for any bosses prior to that one, but not subsequent bosses’ loot.
That means killing end boss opens up loot from every boss, but killing up to 6th boss means you can’t get loot from end boss in vault.

I meant, if I this week kill all bosses, but next week only the first 7 out of 9, will I still have the loot pool of the last 2 bosses for next week in the vault also or would I have to kill the last 2 again next week also?
I read through what Puny posted but I could not find anything about that, but I assume it resets every week, just wanted to be sure.

I may be wrong, but to get access to his loot pool every week, you have to kill him every week.
