I just got it (Event) and ability appeared at my action bar. Mini-problem is that I cant find it in my spellbook!
Its not a toy~ Soo~ Where I will find it when/if I will remove spell from my action bar.
Check spell book for Polymorph variants, and pick it from there if u learned it

Ok… Found it after I went back from work 
I dont know if it appeared after relog or maybe I was just looking for picture of rabbit with a stroke
