I seem to have an ongoing issue on one of my characters that when I race change it resets my reputation of my original race (prior to race change) to neutral. I have raised a few tickets about this since Dragonflight began as it has happened a couple of times (I think but not 100% sure when race changing from worgen to another alliance race).
Previously all of the races of my faction were exalted (I got the ambassador of the alliance achievement in 2012) so this is actively resetting my reputation as opposed to transferring them across.
Please can this be looked into as in game support are saying they are unable to help with this request.

There is nothing that can be done in the forums, all you can do is make an ingame suggestion.
Also I know the bug, when you change it moves the rep to your new home city and it should copy it. leaving the old home city at 0.
It’s probably a very simple fix.
Forum blues can’t overrule in-game support, as they aren’t GM’s.
In game support have told me to post this here as they are unable to fix it and needs to be fixed by devs although they know it is a bug/issue.
They told you to post on the US forums, because there is no bug reporting on the EU forums, and no devs read the EU forums at all.
In the EU regions, bug reports are made in-game via the bug reporting tool (which is also not a GM ticket).
