Has anyone successfully race changed?
Or is it only after the maintenance that we can actually redeem our purchase?
same, it does not work, the racechange icon appers at top right corner, but you can not click it, nothing happens.
“With realms just coming up after maintenance, Race Change services are now available from the in-game shop menu.” → In-Game Shop is already available 
but Maintenance is still not done, but it’s ok we can wait.

i donno i bought it, can see the transaction is reserved in my bank, but i don’t see and icon or anything. Prob bugged out and is going to leave me with the 3 week ticket boss ;<.
Honestly tho prob some delay due to spam ofc

Sadly, As warlock, there is no other races to change to.
Troll, Worgen, Goblin & Dwarf options does not come until cata.
Race change works. If the icon appears but it’s not clickable - Simply restart your game and it’ll be working.

I had to change realms (in my case to an empty one) where it appeared and then back again to my original realm, to trigger the button’s presence where I needed it.
