Race Change service didn't work as intended

Greetings,
Just today I’ve decided to change race of a priest I’m writing from currently.
So I selected Realm, Character, paid for race change (Order ID EU455691427 Status Completed). got money charged. Yet, there was Lua Error and I couldn’t make a race change. Character is still the same.
Already opened a ticket EU74670932, but average wait time is 44d 3h. Which is absurd, don’t you think so?
Could I have some kind of explanation from Blizzard CS/TS on this point, thank you.

Currently with the pre-patch events the ticket queues have increased again.

The ticket waiting time is an estimation only, and generally you’ll receive a response much sooner than that for a paid character service issue :slight_smile:

That being said, can you try the steps here please?

Also, it’s worth trying to change your game client language to English temporarily as this can help solve the issue too.

I always use English as main language when playing Blizzard games, so last advice given won’t work for me, unfortunately.
I’ve been waiting for all textures to load (took around 2 seconds) and then 10 minutes more, just in case, no race change button appeared.

Can you try and change to French language (again temporarily). Also, try using different appearance / customisation options to see if this helps. (you can change the appearance via the ingame barber once the race change is completed)

I’m very sorry, guess I misinformed you.
After payment, literally nothing happened but error (to reproduce it I have to buy it again, right) and as a result, there’s NO option to make a race change, not even button (that cogwheel).

It sounds like the Race change has not actually processed yet, on top of the Lua error you’ve received.

I fear that you may need to wait for the service to be delivered first. Generally it doesnt take more than a few hours, but we do say to allow up to 24 hours to pass while the payment is processed for the service to be delivered.

Leave your ticket open, and Customer Support will do what they can to help. If the service is not delivered after 24 hours they should be able to initiate it manually for you :slight_smile:
