Bought a race change for one of my characters earlier today, my bank got billed but I have not received the race change yet. Says it is still pending. Is this normal? Was like 8 hours ago.
If not I would like to have this issue looked at as I don’t feel like spending money for no reason.
It can take up to 24 hours for payments to process, your money may be reserved by your bank in a pre-authorisation hold which is normal.
After this time if it’s finished in your order history but you don’t see it ingame reset your password to refresh your account, then contact Support if that didn’t do anything.
