I have been trying to decide my main for the shadowlands and ended up picking a warrior. The problem is I dont know which race would be the best one aesthetic/lore wise. Only thing I know it’s going to be a tauren or mag’har orc.
I love how the plate armor looks on tauren combined with huge two handed weapons on each hand. They just look so powerful but I dont know if the warrior lore fits them.
Plate armor on orc looks good but not as good as on tauren imo. Especially some shoulders looks a bit off on upright posture. On the other hand I love the mag’har lore; Grommash, Garrosh etc.
Today I was sure that I wanted to pick tauren. Then I watched the Warlords of Draenor cinematic and now I want mag’har. Can’t decide.
Yeah originally I was Mag’har. They just fit that whole warrior aesthetic so well. Sadly I don’t find their racials at all appealing, so went with Tauren for war stomp seems warrior’s don’t have a lot in the way of CC.
Just play what you like. I dont care about racials, but to my eye i have always liked orcs. 90% of my characters are orcs.
If I played horde I’d pick tauren all the way, their stun racial + stam is so sick.
For aestethics, their heritige armor is so sick !

Love my tauren warrior. And dual wielding two handers fits them the best imo.

I was Tauren before race changing to Zandalari when they came out. Sometimes I regret it. Being this enormous monster of muscle and steel feels really good. My only issue was with helms and chest armour, but with the new customization who cares 
i love the panda animations, and they look like juggernauts with decent gear on!

Orc. Looks good with 1h, 2h, prot… Best racials for pve and pvp and the de facto horde leaders. Zug zug
Do you want to hit players with big 2h weapons? If yes then—> orc
Do you want to look good in plate armor? If yes then—>orc
Do you like spikes? If yes then---->orc
Imo, only 2 races I really like as warrior, dwarf and tauren.
Dwarves for being short, stocky and robust.
Tauren’s for being the physically strongest and biggest race.
Seen few articles dwarfs will top on SL pve cuz their racials (mainly stoneform removing crap)
