I want to create a very Gothy lady. But I’m not going for undead that’s just very stereotypical.

I want her to be similar to:

• Vanessa Doofenshmirtz
  And
• Marceline the Vampire Queen

Both characters are voiced by the same voice actress, and they are very similar characters.

I’m thinking Void elf is the closest thing, but I want this character to be horde.

So do you think a Blood elf warlock or Nightborne warlock would suite her the best?

Worgen.
I don’t think their appearance is quite what you’re looking for but the worgen setting is heavily based on classic horror, which is literally the essence of “goth”.
And for a class, I think the warlock is edgy enough.

Can be any class. Warlock is extra edgy, though; as Antonigaudi pointed out.
