So i’ve decided to play assassination in tww. I only play m+ so my question is around that.
I have a night elf rogue and a gnome rogue ready for tww but i am not sure on racials. So night elf basically get an extra vanish, how powerfull is this in m+? Reason why im considering gnome is that its my races of preference and lm going engineering in tww but im not sure if i would gimp myself with not going night elf.
I wouldnt really care about Race abilities in mythic+ tbh.
Id always go Night Elf as a Rogue for the extra Shadowmeld Stealth.
I must admit that my Rogue is just an alt and only for PvP though.
Typically in m+ these days its more about being able to stay alive rather than dishing out damage so dwarf would be more useful in that respect.
If Dracthyr becomes available to rogues then that may also be a good option due to their aoe stops.
Yeah but shadowmeld has a vanish function and by that you use garrots for silence etc. And from what i can tell your pretty doomed as assasination id they tank chain pulls and you camt restealth. From what i can tell all top raiderio score assasination rogues play night elf or dwarf
dont think race matters that much. I guess the elf racial might allow you an extra attack from stealth but its insignificant unless you are pushing to be top m+ player.
Just play night elf because it looks very cool as an assassin. Nothing more ridiculous than looking at a gnome
