Radeon Driver Question

Hello I have a question is it safe to use the game tuning portion of the drivers for WoW I have read the disclaimer and I am a little apprehensive if it is worth the performance gain or best just left as it is to side on caution and leave things as they are. Anyone with experience of this aspect who has used this I would like to know for future reference how it works and what it would do with the system on each game.

You mean optimizing settings? It in theory sets best settings for GPU you have. Usually not really needed to change there anything and WoW is quite good at it own settings.
