I couldn’t find a way to open a ticket in game so I’m posting here instead
Last week I went into a Radiant Discord echo which is supposed to only consume x5 worldsoul memories but instead it consumed all 9 I had in my inventory. As a result I am now behind & demotivated. I’d like the 4 worldsoul memories back that I lost
You couldn’t find a way to open a ticket, because thats not something a GM would our can assist with as GM’s don’t take bug reports. You need to report that to the developers via the bug reporting tool.
Blizzard don’t refund lost loot as a general rule, regardless as to how the loss occurred.

The issue causing this should already be fixed since 26/9 and it sounds like your case would have been before that.

Unfortunately Customer Support won’t be able to manually reimburse any echoes, but I hope you’ll still be able to collect what you need over time.
