As per usual nobody at Blizzard (apart from the Classic team, you guys have been real solid !) play their game, or think for one second how it will be played.
The daily Radiant Echoes quests are not doable in a raidgroup.
And people enjoying themselves will at large join in raidgroups for the event as that is the most efficient way to enjoy the event.

What do you think this, an MMO?! Preposterous!! You will grind those events alone, without speaking or interacting with others, the way WoW is supposed to be played!
I think the way they are doing it is fine, quests not being doable in raids has been a thing since classic, and it’s daily so doing it once outside of the raid group isnt too much to ask imo.
Also
Efficiency and Socializing are two massive different things. I’m willing to bet there is borderline no talking going on and it’s just to be faster with sometthing that has already had alot of work done to make it more accesable, in which case I’m glad we arent able to apply the “go go go” mentality fully.
Are you serious? a 15 mins brainless event and you think someone would talk while doin it? even in raid?
The only interaction it was at start while waitin for the big boss.
I literally never party/raid with others… there’s always a group of people to follow around doing objectives, never being short on participants for the Zone Boss.
There’s no personal progress in this event, everything is a group effort regardless if partied, in a raid or solo.
Why do you need to do it in a raid group? Far as I can tell everyone just stands there wailing on whatever they’re throwing everything at until it collapses from boredom.
I do these raid bosses under a minute when they spawn, do we really need a raid? o.o
I agree you don’t really have to be in a raid group to do the objectives or the zone boss because you will still get credit and that is all we want in the end. There is no real benefit to be in a raid group, I’ve been in raid groups before and no one barely talks so what’s the point.
Also quests have always been not do-able whilst in a raid since vanilla and I don’t think they will change that just because you want it to change for your own benefit whatever that is.
Why do you need a raid group. Five man is more than enough.
Raid groups trivialise the content too much IMO.

Indeed, they’ve made everything manageable now. No 11 mins of wailing on a boss or mini boss.
why would you feel the need to be in raid groups for those ?
you can just afk while playing and collect rewards from objectives.
