Hello. I bought 3 accounts to play with myself on, and the xp boost isnt working now. Am i doing something wrong :)?
It says here:

Time flies when you’re having fun, and it goes even faster when you and your recruits play together. Conquer Azeroth alongside your friends and you’ll both receive a 50% bonus to experience for faster leveling when partied together."

Already did that and summoned myself. Its not working. Tried with multiple accounts.
Wow, that advertorial is misleading as all hell. From what I can tell, the experience bonus was phased out before the launch of Shadowlands [1], so it’s likely still phased out right now. The official support article also states explicitly that there is no experience boost [2], which contradicts the advertorial you linked. Someone in the comments of that advert wrote that the XP boost only works until level 49 but I find no sources to confirm this. Someone from Blizzard should chime in and tell us whether the advertorial linked above is wrong or the official Blizzard support site is.

As far as we’re aware, only the 1 year eligibility criteria (down from 2 years of inactivity) was changed with this update. The EXP bonus shouldn’t be part of the Recruit a friend program, really sorry for the confusion.
I’ve forwarded this issue internally so that the blog can be updated. 
Maybe just maybe you shuld then delete it from the post that you updated a few days ago. Maybe just maybe some people are doing that for the xp buff only

Can we get a refund, as my friend bought dragonflight to play with me and the 50% bonus is clearly false advertising ?
We didn’t even get a new email to set the story straight 
Please do the correct thing, and refund us.
For refund requests you’ll have to ask them in a ticket, if the self-refund fails.
I recommend to do this as soon as possible while mentioning the XP RAF post above linking it in the ticket to see if they can make an exception if it falls outside the usual refund policies.
