Hello is it possible to help me with this issue? I have shadowlands expantion and when i do raids from raid finder, when i kill the boss i drop something but when i try get it it doesnt go to the inventary. I read some people talking about roll for itens, but in the chat there were no people rolling for itens. Why cant i get the boss drop?
on retail wow (shadowlands) bosses drops are casual. you have a canche to drop an item, and if someone else drops it he can say in chat “/roll for X item” and who rolls the highest will get it.

If the loot dropped for you - then you should be able to click it and it would go to your bag. If its bugged out then it will go to your post box. You can also set your user interface to auto loot, that way every time something drops for you it will go to your bag automatically when you click on the dead corpse.
If somebody offers something up for roll then all you need to do type /roll in the chat and a number will come up. if your number is the highest then that person will trade it you.

sometimes u have to do like 5 dungons to get 1 peace of loot anyway
