just got to lvl 85 and i wanted to queue for a random raid but i can only access 2 of them, both from cataclysm. i wanna do a calssic raid, how does that happen?
You can still enter the classic raids, you can use the premade finder to form a group or enter directly via the respective raid entrance.
As for the raid finder, it is really only worth using at max level, anything less I highly suggest you use the premade tool or have access to a good community
You can even list yourself as a new player in the premade tool and ask for a guide, there might be a kind soul out there who needs something and is willing to chaperone.

LFR introduced at cataclysm final raid content, there were never any LFR version of classic raids.
Queuing for random raid won’t work. Nobody does that so you won’t get queue.
For classic raid - find entrance of raid and do raid manually. You can solo it at this level I think.
Doing full old raids at the right lvl is going to be hard. I don’t think raid finder is going to work either.
There used to be twink communyties and guilds, don’t know what’s still around. They were doing lvl 70 and 80 raids though.
Most players wait until they are max lvl, or at least high enough to solo or go with a small group.
The closest to the real deal would be the timewalking raids for full groups of lvl 120, that scale down to the lvl of the legacy raid.
