Raid Lockout

Hi,
On this week´s reset. My raid ID (Mythic) from the last week wasn´t saved, or I should say it says 0/9 bosses (Instead of 6/9) and I can´t extend it even if I click “Extend Raid Lock”. The worst part is I can´t even accept ID of other people → If the game says I´m 0/9 I shouldn´t have a lock and I should be able to join someone else´s ID. But I can´t.

Could I atleast get an option to join ID of other people from my raid group? And I´d appreciate if this issue is fixed before Sunday evening, thank you.

You would have to open a ticket for this but it’s very unlikely they will be able to do anything about it and even more unlikely that you’ll get a reply before Sunday.

I would if I could, I can´t for the love of god find a way to write a ticket. The best I could get to was “murloc” ChatGPT that told me how raid lockouts work :slight_smile: Which is Really helpful.

Just looking at support pages and it basically says what i expected it would:

Customer Support cannot reset raid lockouts.

Raid IDs limit access to the most wanted rewards in the game, and Customer Support does not reset them to avoid giving any player an unfair advantage.
