Raid messages turned off?

A week ago, when I opened a new Raid chat window, the “close window” option did not appear when I wanted to close it.

Now you can close it, but the General chat tab does not show the Raid messages because the game unchecked it in the settings.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

I found this in a support article:

  1. Type /resetchat into the chat bar and press Enter
  2. Click Accept
  3. Restart the game from the Battle.net App after closing it from the in-game menu

I don’t know how much of the channel setup it resets though.
