Raid Progression not showing on Blizzard website despite unlocking the Achievement

Hello !
My Raid Progression is not updating on WoW website after many weeks. Neither are my M+ progression. I posted a bug report in-game that never got answered.

I completed Liberation of Undermine on 27-Mar-2025 and unlocked the corresponding achievement.

Still, my Raid Progression on WoW website is showing 0/8 in either LFR or Normal after many weeks…

As side note, while I understand Blizzard does not provide support for 3rd party website/addons, I still add this information as it may help troubleshoot external API issues. I noted my raider[dot]io progression is also not showing up correctly: M+ and Raids are also not showing up.

Any direction or help would be very appreciated!

Update 13-Apr-2025:
After completing the Undermine in Normal mode, progress started appearing on Armory as well as raider[dot]io.
Still not sure why LFR progress was not tracked - probably a bug.

Same here - it is really unfortunate, esp. if you have Alts and want to track their progress. An answer (or remedy) would be appreciated.

I’m afraid that customer support isn’t able to manually update the Armory, however it sometimes happen that a page takes a bit longer to refresh than usual. In this case, it’s usually simply of matter of trying again later:

I understand your point and I can wait - it is, however, a problem since the start of the Undermine expansion and none of the steps you recommend on your help page does anything. There it says: “… If you notice it takes a while for the page to update after trying these steps, please submit a [Bug Report] …” I tried the steps so it would be great if your technical team checks this bug.

But have you actually made a bug report? In EU we make them ingame and they should go straight to QA to be checked. You won’t get a response, but they’ll check it.

Same here for me, There are a few different raids that will not update, undermine lfr, ulduar, firelands etc. I have done them many times on a new toon over the last 8 months and those raids will not update. Sent in an EU bug report, Opened ingame ticket, and still nothing.

Sorry to hear that some of you are still having issues with the Armory. :pensive:

If your Armory page doesn’t update, this is generally fixed by waiting and trying again later, or by waiting the next game’s maintenance (on Wednesdays). And if following the previous link / waiting for an update doesn’t work, then the only solution would be to report a bug in-game to our developers.

Game masters are unable to update the website, this falls outside of their scope of support.
