My Achievements Are Missing (Unlike My Will to Keep Filing Tickets)
I’m here to share my ongoing saga, a thrilling tale of valor, persistence, and the mysterious vanishing of achievements on the WoW Armory. Grab some popcorn (or conjured mana buns), because this has been going on for months now.
The Problem:
I, Stokey-Silvermoon from the Guild ( WTF ) have heroically:
Liberated Undermine (LFR)
Burned through Normal AND Heroic Firelands more times than I care to count
Defeated the horrors of Ulduar, multiple times
In-game? 
All achievements complete and accounted for.
On the Armory? 
Nada. Zip. Like I never left Goldshire.
The GM Response:
After submitting a support ticket, I received a polite but slightly automated-sounding checklist from a lovely GM, advising me to:
Log into my character
Stay logged in for 10 minutes
Log out and check the Armory again
Try a different browser (I used Microsoft Edge… the sacrifice was real)
The suggestion was basically: “Maybe it’ll fix itself after the next weekly reset.”
Plot twist: It didn’t.
Follow-up twist: It still hasn’t.
Shyamalan-level twist: This has been happening since last expansion.
The Facts:
I play daily. Like, too much.
I’ve done these raids more times than I’ve done real-life chores.
I’ve tried everything short of sacrificing a murloc under a full moon.
This is clearly not a sync delay or cache issue.
GMs can’t fix it manually and pointed me to the bug report black hole.
The Result:
Still broken. Still waiting. And now debating whether to start playing Bus Simulator, Cooking Mama, or just go all-in on Clippy’s Revenge: The RTS.
The Ask:
Dear Blizzard Devs and Support Wizards — please take a look at this. I know the Armory is a side feature, but it’s one of the few ways players can show off their hard-earned progress outside the game. Having missing achievements after months of effort is super demoralizing (and not in the good Death Knight way).
Would love an actual investigation into this — not just a reset, a refresh, or the digital equivalent of “Have you tried turning it off and on again?”
