is there anyway i can clear icc to last boss then share save with my other characters so i dont have to clear it everytime i go in?
I remember doing something similar with Dragon Soul, farming Ultraxion. Made a character with a normal save on one char, then use groupfinder to somehow group with myself.
It might work if you clear ICC normal. Make that save on an alt and then finally switch to heroic. Heroic Lich King is not locked by doing everything on normal first.
IIRC they disabled switching difficulty while inside the raid or something like that.
As of 8.2 is working for: Normal Firelands, Ulduar, ICC, Normal/Heroic SoO
Note: Autoaccept is no longer a feature so you will need to relog a couple more times to accept the group on your alt and such but it is still working.
1.) On the characater you are making the lockout on, run through the raid up to the boss you want to share, then leave.
2.) Relog to your alt character and group up with the character you have the lockout on.
3.) Go back to the raid on your alt character.
4.) Make sure the leader gets passed to your alt character before entering. (For ulduar, you need to enter the raid whilst you’re not the leader.)
5.) Make sure the raid difficulty is correct. (25 man normal for ICC. Just normal for any other raid)
6.) Enter raid, Accept Lockout (For ICC, you need to switch the difficulty to heroic when inside and accept the lockout again)
7.) Once accepted, Kill the boss on your alt character, once killed, leave the raid and relog to another alt character.
8.) Repeat steps 2-7 with each additional toon.
NOTE: If you forgot to leave the group on your alt character before relogging to another alt character, reset the instance and everything should be fine.

There used to be but I think I read something about it being nerfed.
How it used to work (if you want to try it) is that you did up until just before the last boss on Normal mode on one character.
You invite an alt into a group (which you create in Premade groups, make it Private if your alt is in the same guild). This alt enters the raid and accepts the warning saying “9/10 bosses complete” then kicks the first character out of group (when they get Party Leader crown). This alt then changes the Raid to Heroic, this creates a new Raid Lock out meaning the original character keeps their Raid Lockout and can do this again with other alts.
Good luck, but I fear you likely won’t be able to do it due to what I’ve read.
It has not because i just wrote above you how to do it since 8,2
