i wonder if sim raidbot is correct
it say without buffs i should do 20k dmg
i tryed 5 min on dummys i cant do more than 14k
Raidbots sims as if you are doing your rotation totally correct with tiny tiny tiiiiny mess ups. Try to get your rotation a bit better to start with.
Raidbots is an indication of what you can do with a perfect fight and perfect rotation. Its indicative to what you can achieve.
Getting there is another question. Flasks, food, runes, bloodlust, raid buffs, lucky procs on abilities/corruptions etc etc.
My advice would be to practice your rotation, gear up abit (as you’re 418 on this pally so fairly low overall for the current patch) and check on icy-veins/wowhead for optimal azerite traits/azerite essences for your spec.
Work on obtaining the above and you’ll increase in power (via gearing/more essences/more azerite powers) and you’ll get more familiar with your rotation.
it is a program that near perfection and most humans are not. so its no shame to do less. i think when you 1-5k less dps its fine. even of you do less then that.
raidbots calculates your dps and not your fun. just do what ever you want. i think raidbots and raider io are to important for many ppl.
Are you simming with all the buff turned off?
Raid buffed and w consumable are worth around 13k ~ dps on my sim.
You have to consider in details what do raidbot in rotation ( can see in HTML details) and teh fact of armor. Not all boss and ennemy got the same armor and that a thing that people forgot often. It depend if you have activated buff ( BL / Pots / Scroll etc) or you said No Buff (so with no raid buff only your rotation spell).
Are you doing 14k with the character you’re posting on? Because if so, you definitely should be able to do 20k dps. Probably a rotation issue.
my rotation is generate 3 holypower and spend it on templer verdict
I prefer templar verdict over execution sentence.
For learning rotation I suggest hekili add-on.
I already see a giant problem. You don’t have an Azerite chestplate.

I mean, there is probably a little bit more to it than that. You can’t do your simbot dps if you don’t know every little min-max trick there is to your rotation.
There’s more to it. Especially when you play with active trinkets, active Azerite essence, Execution Sentence and Fires of Justice. Part of doing your ‘rotation’ optimally is properly lining up your active abilities and your passive procs. Which is why I use ‘rotation’ in quotes, WoW 2020 is more about reactive priority gameplay rather than a repeatable rotation.
Also I don’t think you should be worrying about your damage meters and sim DPS before you have your character sorted with actual endgame stuff. At least get yourself a chestpiece and a couple more essences.
