Sryously blizz. Raider IO just makes players with low IO score the game impossible. I did 1 month ago when i came back 1 month ago with a 410-420 avg team a +10 atal for a +2. And now for 2 weeks i cant get any invite for a 5+ dungeon because i dont have RIO score. Sryously. This addon is cancer for this game. Disable it! +10 is mannagable with 420 easy… and ppl are looking for 435+ ppl for a weekley key. This week i spent allready 6 hours signing up to fkin +10 without any invite. Just annoying. Last week i couldnt even make a +10…

Join communities or guilds , pugging is hard , and if it’s not rio it will be gear score , so pointless making this type of requests .

Here’s solution : communities, guilds, friends, asking random people in faction hub directly, building friends from forums here (yes, even that works).

Honestly I think your issue is that you are a dps rather than your IO, I am in the same situation and as a tank I have no problems joining pugs.

If there isnt any raider io. at all, people just would ask for achievements or more ilvl, then you will qq about that…

- You can always create your own group
- People could expect you to be 455 for a simple +2 bc it is their key and they set the requirements
- Not having high score isn’t always the reason why people decline you
- In these 6 hours you could have easily pushed a 0 to a +10 and get your weekly but instead you decided to come here and complain about it

Ever had a +10 key?
Put it up and 5-15 dps sign up, instantly.
Why would YOU take a 420 with 300 rio over someone with 430 with 1k rio and 25-50 runs done between 5 and 9? Makes no sense right if you just want to do it smoothly.
You seem to want to skip straight to +10s, well…

Have you ever, like… Use rIO at your advantage? Many average rIO players would be willing to push your key because they don’t have nothing else to do.

It is easy to instantly decline all noobs which would ruin my key.
Everybody can boost their own rio by themselves. Do you have a key? You do. Invite people - make it in time - go ahead - RIO boosted. If you fail, you are bad - true story

Ah shxte here we go again. IO is not stupid, quite de contrary is the example of the always dinamic pug community finding ways to survive in their terrible environment. Once they realized gearscore was a useless measure to know if a player was worth it’s salt they found a new simpler way, measure experience.
Rest is history, deal with it or find a God damn guild.

IIRC aren’t Blizzard supposed to be implementing their own version of RIO eventually? The issue would still remain with a Blizzard implemented system.
As much as I dislike how RIO is sometimes used it really is more of an issue with the way the data is interpreted by players rather than the addon itself.

This is another example of what happens when boosting becomes rampant and welfare gear becomes so easy to get.
People will naturally want to make sure their keys are going to be done, and since getting to 430-440 ilvl is easy and doable to the point where the LFG queue would be filled with 430-450 ilvled players.
People will naturally choose the highest Io and ilvl, sometimes even though there are good enough people in queue they’ll wait for more because they know people will sign up.
It’s a many small problems that pile up to create a bigger one issue, the root causes are known, but blizzard won’t move a finger.
- Boosting
- Heavy emphasis on competitivity in M+
- Huge reward gap, ( from +9 to +10 )
- Welfare gear
- Lack of tanks/healers
- Some keys being super lame and needlessly hard making popular keys more desirable
- Force mixing players of different skillset <<< ( The main culprit ) because inferior gives extremely appealing rewards for much lower effort.
List goes on, but you get the gist.
Anyhow, like others pointed out, join communities and you’ll easily be doing keys without having to endure edgy PuGs.

Right … I like the addon, but for different reasons
You can detect elitist io (W word) easier so if you need a +11 for weekly it’s nice 
Raider io is merely a reflection of the experience a player has translated into a simple scoring system.
You can look up previous seasons as well as the existing one. You can see what experience they have in any dungeon. Once you hit a bare minimum score, it will show your main’s score on your alts (providing you are registered on the site).

I don’t agree with point 3.
The reward gap is 5 ilevels both both the end of dungeon and weekly chest, yet the difficulty jump is quite big.
It seems to me this is a community issue similar to “if it isn’t the best then whats the point?”
