So, I’m kind of new to retail, started playing since the Shadowlands launch and I am using Raider IO for a couple of weeks now. I just noticed that my best run of Halls of Atonement (+13) hasn’t updated while my new best run of Spires of Ascension (+13) has been updated, while that run was after my HoA run.
Does that mean my HoA run is bugged and won’t be counting in my rio score?
Sorry if I’m missing out on something but it seems odd since my run of SoA came after the HoA run and that one has indeed been updated.
I’ve updated the addon this morning, but what I mean is that I’m not seeing the run on the Raider IO website. I’m not talking about the in-game function here, sorry for the confusion.
So it can happen that my timed runs after the HoA run will be updated before my HoA run?
good sight , i just hope they ban this p00p page , which bring segregation of players and discrimination… you guys become crazed with that number, yet people buy that number like they buy bread in bakery
Either you or anyone else that was in the group needs to use the ‘Update Character’ function on the website so that Rio gathers and updates dungeon data from Blizzard Armory and leaderboards regarding the run. If no one does that, it can take a while until it updates automatically.
Updating the addon does not do anything in this case. The only thing the addon does is copy data from the Rio website to be viewed in-game. The website needs to have up to date info first. And on top of that, there’s usually a delay, the addon copies the website data every couple days, updating the addon on your end won’t do anything until it does.
The only thing Rio does, ever did and ever will do is access and organize information already publicly available on Armory and Blizzard leaderboards. Only thing ‘banning this p00p page’ would do is force people to manually check everyone’s Armory like it was done back in the day, wasting everyone’s time.
It is merely a convenience tool. All the data is already available and made public by Blizzard itself, Rio just makes it faster and easier to view it.
Yes, like I said my SoA run did update, but it shows that my last HoA run was 3 days ago, while it took place before the SoA run. And yes, the HoA run was also timed, a +13 to be specific. That’s what confuses me.
That would suggest they are not updating their data. There are only two updates pushed to the addon twice a day. Personally I only pick up one a day when I got to boot up the game.
You should be able to see your own data if you are up to date. For example if I hover over me I can see:-
I did two runs Monday night (both timed) and neither have showed yet. If Raider.io is going to be used to vet and judge us puggers than it has to be accurate. It is hard enough as it is without timed being omitted.
