The raids and the mythic+ dungeons are a huge waste of time,please lower the mobs/bosses health so we dont waste 5 hours to complete a raid or 40 minutes for a boring mythic+ dungeon,imagine having 3-4 characters and you want to gear them up and you need to waste 5 hours on that stupid raid for each character to gear them up,nobody has so much time to waste on that. After 2 hours of raiding everyone is very bored or tired and they quit the raid. The raids should take maximum 2 hours to complete and the mythic dungeons around 20 minutes each run to be enjoyable.

Dragging 40 minutes for a mythic+ dungeon or 5 hours for a raid is a huge waste of time and very boring,the raid and mythic+ dungeons completion time should get reduced by 50%,that can be achieved by reducing the mobs/bosses health,nobody has so much time to farm those raids especially if you have more characters,only if you have no life and you dont work then yeah you have enouph time to trow it in this game.

I know it is boring. Raids now are worst.
That’s not a good idea or… don’t give them ideas. Raids are if you are dedicated until you kill the boss. It is not 2 hours or 16 hours. In some cases, for some guilds, it is 24 hours.
20 minutes M+ keys you meant I suppose, well, I don’t know. This is short I think. Dungeons with 2 bosses and limited trash packs to test players’ skills? I don’t know.
You can clear it in that time. Given you dont wipe. After progress is done.
You dont have that much time to farm on several characters. Lets name it what it is.
I leave house at 7am and return at 6pm and still manage that. Your point being?
Ever had the thought occur to you that the game might simply not be for you? Play blade and soul or something if you want to be done with a raid faster. Your change would drastically reduce the quality of dungeons and raids.

Because for me, raids and M+ are about the experience. I mean, yes, if I’ve worked for 3 vault slots and they are all garbo I do get annoyed - but I didn’t really do it for the vault slots? I did it because I’ve had several hours per week hanging out with internet friends, chatting nonsense, working together…

Content would probably take less time if you did more damage.

20 minutes M+ all Enh shamans will not even finish their rotation until the dungeon ends.
But nah it’s fine as it is.
Raids should be long cause it needs 20 or more ppl.
And M+ it’s all about effort to loot.
The m+ dungeon might be 40 min long (if not timed) but assembling the group, porting and starting adds anywhere from 10 min to 20.
So reducing the duration of a dungeon would just increase the ratio of time spent not playing to time spent playing.
If m+ and raids are bored for you i have an idea: don’t play it.
I mean, raid is the end-content of this game next to the high m+ so, if you don’t have the time to do this content or this content is bored for you, just don’t play it… I usually don’t play a game or content that is bored for me, why you should? Are you masochistic?
Where the f*** you waste 5h to complete a raid? Complete a raid take, more or less, 2-3h max and for gearing is faster to go to m+.
But we’re back to the same thing, if you’re bored doing raids and doing m+, then why would you want to do that content with your other characters? Just stick to doing lowstones to get gear and raise it with value and that’s it. Or do PvP if PvE content bores you.
Mythic plus are the best content for me in the game and his duration is perfect. If i want to do a key in 20 minutes i go to the +15s or something lower. Maybe what you need to do is learn how to manage that content instead of crashing into something you can’t deal with

In TBC they changed dramatically and raid and dungeon were linear.

Sunken Temple had a complete section of it’s own upstairs before anybody could even get downstairs! These days that would have counted as two dungeons, not the one.

Why are you gearing characters if you don’t want to actually play the game?
I don’t do raiding anymore (not that I ever did a great deal of it) nor M+ so I am fine with Zereth Mortis gear, it does what I need.
I remember one of our first guild runs of Deadmines (small friends and family guild, nobody had a tank spec or a healing spec, maybe some hybrid talent build) and we spent hours in there and still failed on the boat. But we had fun on Teamspeak, those were the days…

Sounds like it’s time you find another game to play, maybe a moba or fps?
Becouse he is addicted. All he cares about is getting another dopamine hit by getting his next reward. Gear sure is important but process of getting gear is where fun actualy is.
I suggest you to play mobile games if all.you want is getting dopamine hits into your brain by being constanly rewarded.
