Rain of Fire - does it stack?

Hi,
can I cast several Rain of Fires on the same mobs at once? Or should I keep one Rain of Fire… raining, while using Chaos Bolts with extra shards?
Lots of numbers flying around in combat, hard to tell if stacking works.
