Most of the times when I want to place the abilities it lands as soon as I press my bind.
But sometimes the green reticle appears when I press it and I have to left click to place and cast the spells.
Did some testing before I pressed enter on post. Seems like if you have Press and Hold Casting activated this inconsistency happens.
Not surprised. The press and hold casting is not consistent either. Sometimes it works sometimes it don’t.
I think they need to remove from options>combat and bring it back when it is not buggy.
